"Morgan Sharp is an awesome agent, she had her hands full with me trying to decide which house, what I wanted, what I needed….. etc. Her patience was a great asset to finding our perfect house. She was so great at being there anytime I needed to ask a question or wanting to see “another” house. She even did video tours for us since we lived out of state. We were very lucky to have her in our corner. Thank you for all the wonderful service. If your looking for a realtor who will go to bat for you, Morgan is that person."

"Morgan Sharp is a great real estate agent that brings great support to the whole transaction process. She grew up in Mountain Home and knows the neighborhoods and area. She is on top of what prices are moving a property and what buyers are paying. Her communication response was always quick and clear about the situation and what needed to be done. In a fast-moving market, she was proactive in finding good properties and getting to them before they were gone. She helped me get a thorough inspection. Her contractor contacts were quick with quotes that helped with negotiating repairs effectively and thus getting a better deal in the end. She was there whenever the property needed access. Also excellent with the various personalities involved, sometimes pushing for actions, and sometimes listening patiently as a person needed some time to think through what was happening.I would definitely hire her again, and recommend her to a friend."
